about the instructor
Caylin Henderson is a 500hr Certified Yoga Instructor based in Portland, Maine. Her teaching style has been heavily influenced by time spent in Austin, where she received her 200hr YTT in November 2019. Since moving to Maine in 2020, Caylin has been teaching in the Portland community at Greener Postures Yoga, guiding students through heated, energetic, and grounding classes. In the fall of 2025, Caylin was hired at Reframe to teach Yoga Sculpt and Signature Vinyasa Flow classes. In May of 2026, Caylin received her 300hr YTT from Lakshmi Rising in Loulé, Portugal. July Studios is on a quest to share the practice of yoga and weave more of this practice into our daily lives; both out in nature and inside of ourselves.
